Choosing to place a family member in a nursing facility can be a difficult decision. We understand your concerns and make it our highest mission to reduce any anxiety or uncertainty that may result when moving to a nursing facility. Our skilled staff of professional nurses, registered dieticians, and therapists, make it a priority to provide a safe, friendly, and comfortable environment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Residents that require long-term nursing care receive expert, customized, & compassionate care – physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy whenever medically needed, as well as medical management, as needed.
Our 83–bed skilled nursing facility also provides short–term care for residents as they recover from surgery, injury, or serious illness. We focus on rehabilitating and restoring residents to good health so they may continue living an active life.
We encourage residents to live as independently as possible by providing opportunities for learning, growth, and building positive self-esteem. Because socialization plays a very important role in rehabilitation, residents are encouraged to join others in the dining room for meals. It is also encouraged they attend activities, visit other residents, and go on outings with family members or other residents.

Bethel Care Center is a 123 bed skilled Medicare/Medicaid, VA certified nursing facility; conveniently located on historic Cathedral Hill (just off Interstate-94 and Dale street) in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We specialize in ventilators dependent residents, and traditional geriatrics.

Fountain Springs Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility with 90 skilled beds available, as well as accommodations for 10 assisted living individuals. This unique combination allows married couples to stay together in a two person room, even if they require different levels of care. Fountain Springs is Medicare, Medicaid, and VA certified.
When you step into the front door at Fountain Springs Healthcare, you will immediately notice something different. St. Lucas Care Center has a long tradition of healthcare, education and services to our community. We have been committed to integrated healthcare services to meet the individual’s physical, psychological and social needs for those who need short and long term care.
St. Lucas is a 109 bed skilled nursing facility providing traditional long term nursing services along with a 20 bed transitional care unit of post hospitalization short stay rehabilitative services. Our transitional care services are well known for speedy recoveries to return home.
St. Lucas Care Center also provides tailored Alzheimer and dementia care on our “Sheltering Arms” unit to those residents requiring such services in a safe and secure surrounding. The Sheltering Arms unit is a social care model that promotes creativity and independence.
Our Therapy Department provides inpatient and outpatient services to those requiring Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy in a very spacious therapy gym using state of the art equipment.
