In August, Mission Healthcare’s St. Lucas Care Center, located in Faribault, Minn., was honored by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living for achieving the first step in its Quality Award program. This national award is given to long-term care facilities that demonstrate a commitment to providing extraordinary care. St. Lucas Care Center will continue to work toward reaching steps two and three of this rigorous program.
